As Regional Vice-President, Patrick leads the Quebec team of more than 18 professionals who are dedicated to supporting advisor and partner growth. The team includes nine directors who work to deliver on our promise: “We help. You grow.”
In 2019, as Sales Director, Patrick took on the task of assembling and leading a local Sun Life Independent Insurance Distribution sales team. This regionalization project resulted in the creation of a Quebec-based team consisting of an account manager, five sales representatives, and one sales and marketing coordinator.
Patrick's strategic vision, openness to feedback and results-oriented approach along with his ability to build lasting business relationships have helped him support his team members’ growth, contributing to the region’s success.
Patrick joined Sun Life in 2014 after spending over six years as director of advanced planning and as sales consultant at another major Canadian insurance company. He received his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from HEC Montreal in 2008, a graduate certificate in project management in 2012 and an MBA from HEC Montreal in August 2020.
He holds a life insurance license and focuses on developing creative and effective ways to assist partner firm leaders and advisors grow their life and health insurance business.
