We’re always working to improve our program and make it one best in the industry. This year we made several changes to qualification criteria and cadence to align with industry standards and retain exclusivity of the program.
SPP 2024 benefits
- Proven Practices consultation is now open to Select level advisors. A practice management expert from Sun Life’s consulting team will analyze an advisor’s business against best practices of leading advisors. Advisors get a personalized recommendation on where to invest their time and money to optimize growth. Plus, support in implementing these recommendations.
- The executive experience gives Premier advisors the opportunity for an authentic and personal conversation with a Sun Life executive of their choice. This year we have expanded the list of executives our Premier advisors have access to.
Family Enterprise Canada programs
- The Business Family Dynamics 2-day virtual course is now open to all levels of the Strategic Partner Program! An additional subsidy is available to Premier advisors toward earning the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation to help on their learning and development.
How can you qualify for the Strategic Partner Program?
- A minimum of 5 settled insurance cases
- A minimum first-year commission of $75,000 (entry level) from January 1, 2024, to December 27, 2024
