Michelle is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Western Canada, based in Calgary. This position supports the DOS and the Western Regional team with providing marketing support to the region through various measurable sales initiatives and tactics.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Hotel and Resort Management from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary where she was a Sales Assistant with the University of Calgary's Accommodations and Events, gaining over 8 years of experience coordinating with group and event organizers ensuring successful and positive guest experiences. This gained experienced is now being applied in her current role as she contributes to the creation of the One Best Way for the Field Underwriting team for the process of facilitating and hosting presentations involving their team and other regional teams.
